Abstract
BACKGROUND: Kidney transplant recipients continue to face a significant long-term risk of death-censored allograft failure (DCGF). We aimed to evaluate early donor renal function recovery following living-donor nephrectomy and investigate their relationship with long-term allograft outcomes.
