Abstract

AIMS: Successful implantation relies on high-quality blastocysts, uterine receptivity, and effective embryo-endometrium communication. This study investigated the effects of umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC) secretomes on embryo development and implantation.
