Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) has become a significant therapeutic target for breast cancer and other cancers by regulating the expression of downstream genes such as erythropoietin, thereby improving cell survival in hypoxic conditions.
