Abstract

BACKGROUND: To date, indications for a surgical approach of small pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNETs) remain controversial. This cohort study aimed to identify the pseudocapsule status preoperatively to estimate the rationality of enucleation and survival prognosis of PanNETs, particularly in small tumours.
