Abstract

OBJECTIVES: This work aimed to develop an automated method for quantifying the distribution and severity of perfusion changes on CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) and to assess their associations with clinical parameters and expert annotations.
