Abstract

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) and modified radical mastectomy (MRM) on individual survival outcomes and to assess the potential of neoadjuvant systemic therapy (NST) in reducing surgical intervention requirements.
