Abstract

BACKGROUND: The clinical utility of the DeepSeek-V3 (DSV3) model in enhancing the accuracy of Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS, LR) classification remains underexplored. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of DSV3 in LR classifications compared to radiologists with varying levels of experience and to assess its potential as a decision-support tool in clinical practice.
