Abstract

BACKGROUND: Differentiating intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is essential for selecting the most effective treatment strategies. However, traditional imaging modalities and serum biomarkers often lack sufficient specificity. Radiomics, a sophisticated image analysis approach that derives quantitative data from medical imaging, has emerged as a promising non-invasive tool.
