Abstract

BACKGROUND: Heart failure (HF) is a prevalent cause of hospital readmissions. Our study aims to determine the correlation between the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) scores and 6-month readmission in our Southeast Asian population.
