Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Anoikis, a form of programmed cell death triggered by detachment from the extracellular matrix, plays a crucial role in metastasis and immune escape in melanoma. We aimed to identify anoikis-related prognostic markers using integrated machine learning and single-cell analysis.
