Abstract

BACKGROUND: Disability progression despite disease-modifying therapy remains a major challenge in multiple sclerosis (MS). Artificial intelligence (AI) models exploiting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) promise personalized prognostication, yet their real-world accuracy is uncertain.
