Abstract

OBJECTIVE: This pilot study aimed to compare the accuracy, readability, and efficiency of dermatology clinic letters generated by the traditional clinician-secretary method against artificial intelligence (AI)-based platforms (ChatGPT and Heidi), in a simulated clinical setting.
