Abstract
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, underscoring the need for accurate, efficient, and widely accessible diagnostic imaging. Cardiac MR imaging (CMR) is considered the reference standard for noninvasive assessment of cardiac morphology, function, tissue characterization, and viability. However, widespread clinical adoption of CMR has been limited by factors such as long acquisition times, the need for specialized technologists, and variability in image interpretation across institutions and readers.
