Nurse Led Innovation: How Artificial Intelligence Streamlined Compliance Training and Saved Costs.

This improvement project reduced the cost and time associated with regulatory training through artificial intelligence (AI) and technology-enabled workflow optimization. AI-based project management tools, a regulatory tracker, readability analysis, and standardized modules improved compliance training delivery and efficiency. Results included a $6 million reduction in training costs, a more than 25% decrease in NPD practitioner and digital development specialist time, and an average reduction of 5.3 hours of online training per clinical staff member.
