Abstract
BACKGROUND: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains highly lethal, and genome-centric precision oncology shows limited impact due to low actionable alterations and high heterogeneity. RECENT FINDINGS: A broader "Precision Pancreatic Cancer Care" (PPCC) framework integrates multi-omics, spatial biology, and patient-derived organoids to enhance early detection and functional oncology. Longitudinal molecular monitoring, microenvironment targeting, and personalized supportive care are vital to combating therapeutic resistance. CONCLUSION: Shifting from isolated genomic profiling to a multidimensional, adaptive ecosystem across the entire disease continuum holds the potential to transform PDAC management and improve patient outcomes.
