Is Spinal Dexmedetomidine Aggravating Hypotension after Tourniquet Deflation?

Abstract

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: The addition of dexmedetomidine to spinal anesthesia decreases the incidence of tourniquet pain but may aggravate hypotension after tourniquet deflation.
