Abstract

BACKGROUND: The impact of pulmonary hypertension (PH) on outcomes after surgical tricuspid valve replacement (TVR) and repair (TVr) is unclear. We sought to characterize PH in patients undergoing TVR/TVr, based on invasive hemodynamics and evaluate the effect of PH on mortality.
