Abstract

MOTIVATION: Identifying antibody binding sites, is crucial for developing vaccines and therapeutic antibodies, processes that are time-consuming and costly. Accurate prediction of the paratope's binding site can speed up the development by improving our understanding of antibody-antigen interactions.
