Abstract

BACKGROUND: Applications of artificial intelligence (AI) are finding their way into many areas of society, including healthcare and show their potential in this domain. To evaluate these new technologies and use them wisely, healthcare professionals need to integrate AI literacy into their curricula in a meaningful way, as they do in other academic fields.
