Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Recent advances in light-sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) enable 3-dimensional (3-D) imaging of cardiac architecture and mechanics in toto. However, segmentation of the cardiac trabecular network to quantify cardiac injury remains a challenge.
