Abstract

BACKGROUND: Prostatic utricle (PU) with normal external genitalia is an uncommon congenital anomaly. About 14% develop epididymitis. This rare presentation should warn involvement of the ejaculatory ducts. Minimally invasive robot-assisted utricle resection is the preferred method.
