Abstract

BACKGROUND: Immune-related cardiac adverse events (ircAEs) caused by programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) and programmed death-ligand-1 (PD-L1) inhibitors can lead to fulminant and even fatal consequences. This study aims to develop a prediction and grading model for ircAEs, enabling graded management of patients.
