Abstract

New talaromydien A and talaroisocoumarin A (), together with nine known compounds (-), were isolated from a culture of the marine-derived sp. ZZ1616 in potato dextrose broth medium. Structures of the new compounds were elucidated based on their HRESIMS data, NMR spectroscopic analyses, the modified Mosher's method, ECD, C NMR and optical rotation calculations. Talaroisocoumarin A showed antimicrobial activities with MIC values of 36.0 μg/mL against methicillin-resistant , 32.0 μg/mL against , and 26.0 μg/mL against .
