Abstract

BACKGROUND: The development of technical dexterity is a critical for surgeons in training. This study describes and assesses the feasibility of an objective method for the evaluation of procedure-specific technical dexterity in hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery using cumulative sum (CUSUM) analysis.
