Abstract

BACKGROUND: We employed deep learning to automatically detect myocardial bone-seeking uptakeĀ as a marker of transthyretin cardiac amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) in patients undergoing 99mTc-pyrophosphate (PYP) or hydroxydiphosphonate (HDP) single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)/computed tomography (CT).
