Abstract

PURPOSE: Cervical cancer (CC), a common female malignancy, has been linked to alterations in DNA methylation. This study employed an integrated "dry-wet lab" strategy combining bioinformatics, machine learning, and experimental validation to identify novel methylation biomarkers for CC.
