Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Due to its many technical advantages, the scope of robot-assisted thoracic surgery (RATS) is expanding to include extended pulmonary resection. Among such procedures, right bilobectomy is one with a high risk of inducing development of a bronchial stump fistula.
