Abstract

AIMS: This study details application of deep learning for automatic volumetric segmentation of left ventricular (LV) myocardium and scar and automated quantification of myocardial ischaemic scar burden from late gadolinium enhancement cardiovascular magnetic resonance (LGE-CMR).
