Abstract

BACKGROUND: Procrastination negatively affects university students' academics and mental health. Traditional time management apps lack therapeutic strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy to address procrastination's psychological aspects. Therefore, we developed and integrated a semigenerative chatbot named Moa into a to-do app.
