Abstract

AIM OF THE STUDY: To establish a cross-tissue bioinformatics model for identifying conserved key genes and immune infiltration mechanisms in ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) with experimental validation in limb IRI, including pharmacological targeting of the WNT5A/PLC pathway.
