Abstract

PURPOSE: To evaluate the performance of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coronary artery calcium scoring (CACS) on non-electrocardiogram (ECG)-gated chest CT, using manual quantification as the reference standard, while characterizing per-vessel reliability and clinical risk classification impacts.
