Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To develop and validate a novel diagnostic model for detecting bacterial infections in patients with hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF) using advanced machine learning algorithms. The focus is on improving early clinical identification and interpretability.
