Abstract

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Liver biopsy is the gold standard for assessing fibrosis in cirrhotic livers, yet cirrhosis is spatially heterogeneous and continuously remodels. This study evaluates a novel phenotypic digital pathology platform for continuous fibrosis severity quantification and sensitivity to sampling variability.
