PURPOSE: Muscle radiodensity loss after surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy is associated with poor outcomes in ovarian cancer. Assessing muscle radiodensity is a real-world clinical challenge owing to the requirement for computed tomography (CT) with consistent protocols and labor-intensive processes.
