INTRODUCTION: Intravenous preload (delivered before cavernous nerve [CN] injury) of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can prevent or decrease postoperative erectile dysfunction (J Sex Med 2015;12:1713-1721).
